Sometimes it’s hard to say goodbye to something we love. It can also be hard to say goodbye to ideas that hurt us, even if they aren’t true. In this workshop, we will talk about how hurtful messages about skin color can make us feel sad, and how we can heal, feel proud, and love every shade we are.
