What We Offer

Group Therapy:

Conflict Resolution Support Services for Public Schools:  This service pairs schools and agencies that work with child/adolescent populations with a therapist trained in restorative justice practices to address conflict in the school setting, that cannot otherwise be resolved by the resources available in the current tool box/procedures of the resolution system.  We utilize the 5 R’s of restorative justice to restore: responsibility, respect, relationship, repair, and reintegration back into the specific setting noted.  Our team will guide all parties involved through a structured curriculum that facilitates a restorative discipline process.  It is our goal that community stakeholders, schools, groups, and families will voluntarily be open to seeing the limitations of traditional punitive discipline measures choosing to transform discipline into a learning process that identifies solutions and restores trust, while elevating the voices of the identified victims.

Mental Wellness Workshop Facilitation:

This offering is perfect for community groups, agencies, or other people-oriented organizations. OSE will work with you to build an individualized workshop specific to your group's needs or there are options to choose from a collection of staple workshops already offered. through past community organizing experience.   These groups are popular-education style and facilitated by our licensed clinicians and trained community facilitators. Topics: Black Bereavement Crisis Grief, Loss, and Advocacy in BIPOC communities Community Power: Sustaining Movement Work through Mutual Aide Workplace Readiness: restorative justice for formerly incarcerated Women For Black Girls:  Self-Esteem & Cultural Identity Exploration

Clinical Support Groups:

Our support groups invite participants to exchange dialogue around critical topics which explore and push us to reimagine our identities as it relates to our intersectional existence.  These groups are facilitated by a licensed clinicians or clinical supervisee in training. These groups are less structured than group therapy and no clinical interventions or specific treatment modalities are followed. The group ebbs and flows in the direction by which participants are open to going. Offerings:             Bad Queers:  For the rebellious radical queers who want to reclaim their lives from the shackles of ableism and heteronormativity.             Black Grief & Loss:  Group holds space and invites an exchange of support and dialogue around current, past, and present grief experiences.               Liberate That:  A group for Black Women who identify as spiritual or a person of faith to deconstruct oppressive sexual views of self through the art of writing poetry .              Gentle Self: A resistance group created to engage gentleness among community in the midst of challenging times.

Individual Therapy:

OSE is offering individual therapy on a case-specific basis. We encourage those interested in individual therapy to reach out directly, as our clinicians keep a small individual caseload.  Our treatment modalities can be found by visiting our Meet Our Community page.

Indvidual Therapy

Cost of Services:

  • OSE is working with insurances to accept PPO and Medicaid/Medicare for clinical services

  • Support Group: $25 per person

  • Group Therapy: $50 per session

  • Individual Therapy: $75-125 per session

  • Workshop Facilitation : *varies based on group size *; inquire for invoice

  • Conflict Resolution Support Services: * inquire for invoice
